"If only it was summer everyday"

These are just some of A.P.C.'s latest Spring/Summer offerings that I thought I would share. Although admittedly not exceptionally 'fashion forward' as a label, whatever that really means, I always feel that A.P.C. are one of the few brands that consistently provide beautiful everyday clothing.

Their attention to the fit of individual garments and high quality construction sets them far apart from the majority. The pale colour palette throughout the collection, combined with the plain navy blues, reds and slight mustard, have almost become an A.P.C. standard and definitely work wonderfully together. What struck me most about their latest looks was the fact that they all looked readily wearable for most men. These are quite simply great summer outfits, and indeed looks that are easily achievable, yet well measured.

The jumpsuit in the first look may not be for the timid, however I would wear it in a heartbeat if I was given the opportunity. The cut is slim enough not to look like work overalls, and their pairing with the white sneakers and plain striped t-shirt, allows it to look appealing as a casual outfit. I was also fascinated by their full denim look, in that the washes of both the jacket and jeans are very similar, yet far from looking overpowering or contrived, it works as an acceptable summer outfit. In general the slim fitting and decidely casual feeling in the collection makes it appealing, whilst the looks also serve to make it accessible as a vision.

What are your thoughts on the collection?
And how I wish my hair looked like that on the first model.
