Carin Wester Lookbook

Looking over these photographs from Carin Wester's Fall 08 Lookbook, I am once again reminded that Swedish designers do not get the coverage they deserve. The designs are simple, elegant yet fashionable without being over the top. There is a delight to be found in the clever detailing, and I must say that the colour palette is perfect for autumnal weather without being too obvious a choice. I am particularly keen on the addition of suede shoes, a timeless decision for the colder weather and more casual looks. The second to last look is most definitely something I could see myself wearing.
